Our Founder

Shane Himes (Ph.D., Amridge University) is the founder and president of The Aletheia Initiative.

Shane has a decade of ministry experience ranging from Arkansas to Alabama to Indiana. He presently serves as the Senior Minister at North Central Church of Christ in Bloomington, Indiana. His research interests lie in systematic theology, philosphy of religion, and the intersection of Christian faith and culture.

Shane has been married to Kaitlin for eight years now. They have two children, Trinity and Malachi, with a third due in July 2024!
